The leading furnished accommodation specialist—The Apartment Service—is seeking a customer service-oriented booking consultant to join our team. The role will involve processing and making reservations for customers based on their various requirements, guest & property owner liaison, managing OTA’s and other advertising channels for our portfolio of quality executive standard furnished apartments in prime locations throughout Sydney.

The Apartment Service prides itself on providing a first-class service to both its property owners and guests.
- Previous customer service experience eg: from travel/hospitality industry
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Ability to self-supervise & work well under pressure;
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking & organisational skills;
- Honest and trustworthy character;
- Excellent computer skills (including knowledge of Excel)
- Experience managing and updating OTA's, booking channels and other online advertising websites (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of Newbook an advantage but not essential
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Must be able to work in Australia and hold an unrestricted drivers licence.
- Marketing or social media knowledge an advantage

Ongoing training will be provided within a supportive and caring environment. Hours are 38 hours per week Tues-Sat. Immediate start.

Salary dependent upon skills and experience.
