As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plan, we are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our busy logistics team at our head office in Preston.**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, an exciting opportunity exists for a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join a rapidly growing leader in Health and Wellbeing products. This role will assist in the company compliance with all company relevant regulations, legislation and reporting requirements for Cosmetics and consumer products.**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Includes but not limited to- Support the compliance of personal care products in ANZ (AICIS, EPA, ACCC).
- Provide Regulatory Affairs support for potential export markets.
- Assisting with complying with the new cosmetic regulation. Review of chemicals against the AICIS inventory Register.
- Assist in categorisation of new product ingredients.
- Maintain new product introduction systems and Product Master databases
- Assist in reviewing and developing compliant labelling of internal and external brands
- Support product safety, product complaints including corrective action processes and investigations
- Support International Trade including border control importing/exporting compliance.
- Assure integrity of regulatory systems and database as well as protection of intellectual property.

**Skills and experience**
- Science/chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
- You should also be familiar with regulatory agencies including AICIS, EPA-NZ, ABF
- Previous experience with regulatory, legislative and importing requirements an advantage
- Computer skills in spreadsheet, word processing and databases
- Strong Attention to detail for maintaining submission reports and regulatory related records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills
- Multitask
