Pallion entities offer the following services: Bullion; Refining and Minting; Casting and Jewellery; Fabricated Metals; Findings and Vaulting.

You will be responsible for providing 'First Class' customer service to all customers who visit or contact us by being energetic, attentive, and welcoming whilst maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge and service.

**About the role**:

- Coordination of client designs and specifications using precious metals.
- Shaping moulded metal by cutting, filing, turning, and bending using specialised hand and power tools.
- Assembling bespoke jewellery pieces by soldering, screwing, riveting resulting in a finished piece.
- Securing precious stones in retaining settings.
- Repairing jewellery by soldering, replacing, and rebuilding worn and broken parts.
- Compete quality assurance check on finished items as required.
- Appraise the quality and value of jewellery pieces as required.
- Identify and implement improvements and innovation as necessary.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience retail / sales environment.
- Jewellery experience preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer queries.
- A positive 'can do' attitude, and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Conflict resolution skills, resolving client invoicing and purchasing queries.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
