Reporting to the Client Solutions Director, the Client Solutions Manager (state) role is to develop and sell connected, integrated and customised solutions and partnerships focused on amplifying customer outcomes with a focus on driving portfolio and category growth in integrated revenue.

The Client Solutions Manager delivers portfolio revenue growth by delivering brand and category led revenue generating opportunities and provides product knowledge of the NCA category and brand product suite to Sales teams and clients.

The Client Solutions Manager also contributes to the creation of revenue generating opportunities in the market. Collaborate with the Client Strategy, Sales and Digital Solutions teams to identify opportunities to drive and grow revenue and market share within their sales portfolio, and will work with the Commercial Product team to leverage assets from across the NCA portfolio to drive revenue and market share of a specific News Corp Australia product category.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the delivery, growth and tracking of the allocated Newsamp sales patch revenue targets
- Respond to briefs in full and support other team members briefs
- Responsible for the delivery, growth and tracking of the category client revenue budget associated with your allocated sales patch in collaboration with Sales and Commercial
- Participate in market engagement and business planning requirements in collaboration with Client Strategy & Insights, Sales and Digital Solutions teams across the sales patch.
- Maintain positive client and agency relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders(e.g. Digital and Brand Solutions, Commercial Product, Commercial editorial and Pricing).
- Responsible for delivering strategic, integrated marketing solutions for clients to connect and engage with News Corp audiences to drive profitable growth across portfolio and product revenue channels.
- Responsible for the promotion and customisation of News Corp category-led commercial opportunities across the sales patch.
- Working through proactive opportunities with Anaconda, Vic Uni, La Roche, Alfa H2 product ideas
- Working with PI on integrated solutions, bringing the strategy to life while working within brand guidelines and commercial opportunities
- Work cohesively and collaboratively with the Commercial Product team to manage the category target and growth within your portfolio and deliver long term value.
- Find clients that could take on upcoming brand initiatives
- Contribute to your team’s business plan by identifying and sharing any changes in market conditions, competitor analysis, brand and product development and other new opportunities for business growth.
- Responsible for accurately adopting and adhering to Newsamp standards, frameworks, reporting requirements, templates, collateral, processes and operating rhythms and informing of day-to-day challenges as they arise.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a sales, media, product or integration team within media, advertising, marketing or publishing industries.
- Experience in client, category and/or brand business planning, sales strategies, market pitching and securing revenue and increasing market share.
- Experience developing and delivering successful client solutions, campaigns and partnerships.
- Ability to understand the commercial outcomes required to win client business and knowing how to work within a team to achieve an outcome.
- Sound knowledge of advertising and media, integrated marketing, content and data.
- An eye for detail and an acumen for numbers with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organised and collaborative; efficiently manages responsibilities.
- Upbeat, can-do attitude; calm under pressure and negotiates respectfully.
