We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated and customer focussed **Receptionist** to join our client in financial services industry.

As a receptionist, you will act as a single point of contact for the employees within the company and be the primary interface between the internal operations of the company and its clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception desk by welcoming all visitors in a professional and pleasing manner.
- Answering the phone in a professional manner.
- Ensure that reception desk, waiting area and meeting rooms are maintained to highest standards.
- Wear the client approved uniform and name badge at all times when on duty.
- Process and manage conference room bookings and requirements.
- Track all visitors, including vendors, visiting employees and guests.
- To alert hosts to their client's arrival and keep clients updated.
- Coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors.
- Assist in facilities management by coordinating with contractors for small works and maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role in facilities or related field (preferred).
- Problem-solving skills.
- The ability to effectively deal with stressful situations.
- The ability to work independently.
- Effective communication.
- Australian citizenship / Permanent Residency/ indefinite visa to live and work in Australia.
