**$35 - $39 per hour**

With all Coaching equipment and Uniforms provided, Cricket Star Academy - Croydon is seeking Cricket Coaches to deliver children’s Cricket Programs across Croydon, Mooroolbark, Lilydale, Mt Evelyn and surrounding areas

Key Selection Criteria:

- Keen to inspire kids and work with young kids
- Cricket Australia Level 1 Coaching is preferred but not compulsory
- Experience coaching youth/junior players
- Interest in training junior players of all levels and skills Ages 5 Years to 16 Years
- Availability on weekdays directly after school and/or weekends
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Current Working with Children’s Check is a **MUST**:

- Ability to work independently under ABN
- Competent relationship building and engagement skills
- Competent planning, coordination and organizational skills
- Proven ability to operate with professionalism and integrity
- A deep love for sport and a good understanding of the game.
- Self-motivated

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- National Police / Criminal History Check
- Working with children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Driver's License (own transport is essential for the job)
- First Aid Certificate
- Must be a Resident of Melbourne, Australia and should have full working rights

**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Relevant Coaching Accreditation
- Sports Management / Physical Education Degree
