**About the Unit**

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) (ODVCA) provides high level support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) in relation to all aspects of the services and initiatives that support students at the University. The ODVCA manages day-to-day business and special projects in the ODVCA, and provides advice on a range of complex policy, compliance, and governance related issues to the DVCA.

In this role you will:

- Develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for student conduct and appeals.
- Collaborate with diverse University departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with conduct regulations and maintain confidentiality.
- Implement proactive measures to promote a positive campus culture to prevent misconduct and enhance academic integrity.
- Analyse and report on conduct trends to inform policy improvements and strategic decisions.

This 1 year fixed term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

**What we offer**

The remuneration for this position is from $91,259 FTE +17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
