**About the role**

Working across the Business & Agribusiness (B & A) transformation team, you will define and hold the design principles and own personas for B & A customer segments. Use human centred design to understand both desirability and feasibility of product features focusing on time to value.

Day to day, you will support Product Owners and technology teams with overarching design support ensuring a cohesive experience for customer and colleagues is maintained across multiple assets.

In this role you will get to:

- Lead and define the customer and colleague experience for Business and Agribusiness in conjunction with business SMEs.
- Work with the business SMEs to identify and track benefits to be realised from features defined by the strategic roadmap.
- Identify, manage and facilitate the resolution of high impact risks and issues as required by each project/change initiative.
- Work collaboratively with business SMEs as part of the delivery of any process improvement project.
- Champion a culture of customer centred design and being data driven.

**About you**

You will have demonstrated technical skills in feature elaboration and banking or financial services industry knowledge.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience as a process expert in the banking or financial services industry.
- The ability to lead small change management activities.
- Experience with or demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong report writing skills and the ability to communicate complex reporting issues and requirements to all levels of stakeholders, in particular senior management.
