Tenure: Part-time: 20 hours per week (over 4-5 days)
Accountable to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Salary range: $60,000 pro rata

**Position Summary**

The AUA Administration Officer is responsible for managing the organisation’s administration including program registrations, invoicing, participant enquiries, improving data quality and providing assistance in program development ensuring adherence to AUA’s approved frameworks.

The Administration Officer will provide administrative assistance for fundraising initiatives, event management as well as financial and human resource management.

**Administrative **As AUA’s Administrative Officer you are required to:

- Manage all aspects of program registration and enrolments including invoicing, reporting and financial management.
- Manage all participant enquiries by providing efficient, effective, and accurate advice relating to program deliverables and NDIS enquiries.
- Database and CRM system administration, data entry, reporting, trouble shooting.
- Develop, review, and implement recruitment, selection, induction, and exit procedures in line with HR policies and procedures.
- Set up and maintain a document management and filing system, both physical and electronic.
- Provide administrative support to AUA’s volunteer program including recruitment, on
- boarding and general support.
- Maintain accurate database and records of all stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for AUA community events including community days, fetes, and AUA special events.
- Review and streamline online and offline registration processes internally and externally.
- Producing reports as required - statistics for annual report, statistics for Board reports.
- Work with AUA’s Bookkeeper to undertake invoicing and reconciliations.
- Maintain appropriate client confidentiality and data security.
- Regularly review and improve the efficiency of administrative processes.
- Action any reasonable additional administrative / general duties.

**Technical Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel, XERO.**
