**The Company**

An exciting full time, temp to perm or permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced full function Accounts Receivable Officer to work with a national, market leading FMCG/Manufacturing business based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne. The company has grown rapidly due to its expanded product and services offering.

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will become part of a friendly, close knit and highly collaborative AR team. In this high volume You will be responsible for maintaining all Accounts Receivable procedures/processes with a focus on developing relationships with both key accounts and internal stakeholders The role will include but not be limited to:
**Responsibilities;**
- Allocations
- Credit claims
- Invoicing
- Receipting
- Maintaining a large ledger of both small and large accounts
- Creating new accounts
- Collections of overdue accounts
- Dispute resolution
- Banking
- Dealing with credit queries
- Identifying credit risk
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by AR Manager
