**About the Company** - We are an Authorised Representative of MGA Insurance Group, with 11 staff, spread across Sydney & Brisbane. We provide General Insurance products and advice to businesses ranging from sole traders to large national organisations. We pride ourselves on the fantastic team we've been able to build, with many long term employees, that provide excellent service and advice to our clients.

**About the Role** - In addition to supporting an Account Director on a recently acquired SME portfolio, you will also provide support in quoting new business opportunities sourced by the business owners. Your day to day activities include:

- Provide administration support to our Account Director regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Account Director, Underwriters and Claims Manager
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
- A genuine passion for delivering a superior level of customer service;
- Experience with Sunrise & insurer quoting systems;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- An ability to work independently whilst ensuring timelines are met;
- Strong computer literacy on both Microsoft & other platforms; and
- A polished & professional presentation;

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
