**About the Position**

Working closely with our Financial Controller, with direct contact to the CFO, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of PRPs accounting and payroll records.

You will work within a dedicated team to support and improve information flow through to relevant stakeholders while maintaining our team's high-quality output.

The role requirements include the support of the following:
Accounting support

Month end reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Report writing

Payroll support
- Entry of new starter details
- Update personnel files as required to maintain payroll system
- Review and processing of time and attendance rostering system
- Prepare costing report(s) and ad-hoc reports as requested by management
- Post and balance month end journals

**About You**
- Intermediate excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain calmness during times of issue / disruption
- Ability to collaborate with other support teams across the business
- Experience interpreting awards and understanding of payroll tax
- Thorough understanding of accounting principals

Previous experience with accounting / payroll packages highly regarded:

- Netsuite (accounting)
- Preceda (payroll)
- Humanforce (time and attendance)
- Adaptive (budgeting and forecasting)
- QGenda (rostering)
- NomosOne (lease management)
