**About our Opportunity**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused **Sales Representative** to join our team to support our window and door installation service. In this newly-created role, you will be provided with potential customer details who you will arrange to visit in order to assess and measure their required window and door re-fitting job. Upon the customer’s acceptance of the subsequent quote, a member of the team will coordinate the trades staff required to undertake the installation work, while you will remain the point of contact for the customer should they have any questions or issues.

Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, you will be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop and maintain customer relationships by offering hands on support from point of contact, sales and right through to after sales support. While the role is based at our Pooraka site, most of your time will be spent on the road liaising with our customers and a car, phone and laptop will be provided.

In addition, you’ll:

- Take accurate measurements of window and door apertures so that correctly-sized products can be quoted and ordered
- Liaise with team members regarding quoting and scheduling works
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and installation process.

**About You**

We’re looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong service ethos who thrives in taking the lead in managing their own work schedule. Previous trades experience (construction/ carpentry) or trades sales experience is preferred and will help you hit the ground running. Your communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills will also be key in this role, as will your ability to plan and organise your day. You will also have excellent attention to detail and a desire to meet and exceed both customer expectations and sales targets.
