**About the Role**:
Priority Learner Tailored Support Leads support principals and leadership teams to improve outcomes for their Aboriginal learners, children in care and other priority learner cohorts through embedding outcomes of culturally responsive trauma-informed whole other school approaches.

Providing support tailored to the specific needs and priorities of a site, or network of sites, Support Leads work in partnership with local education teams, principals, school leadership teams, Aboriginal Education Teams, and corporate partners.

Support Leads also support local education teams to establish and maintain effective cross-school networks (e.g., Aboriginal Learner Networks) dedicated to improving outcomes for Aboriginal learners, children and young people in care and other priority cohorts.

**Essential Qualifications**:
A tertiary qualification in an education field.**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
S121-3: $134,005 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.**
