**Account Manager**, you hold a vital role in effectively managing sales and margins, while driving the growth of Bradken in the mining industry. With your extensive experience as an Account Manager particularly in the Mining Plant industry, your expertise in sales management and marketing will shine as you become the main point of contact for clients.

Your exceptional sales abilities will enable you to incorporate the best market techniques and provide strategic initiatives, operating plans, and budgets that will propel Bradken towards new heights.

Your professionalism and familiarity with customer management, strategic planning, sales process improvement, and sales growth along with your knowledge of manufacturing and mining product development & sales budget forecasting, will make you an asset to our team.

By joining forces with engineering, production, and marketing, you will pave the way for the seamless fulfilment of customer needs. Your meticulous attention to detail will keep you informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics - all vital in supporting our technical sales efforts.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable with additional emphasis on sales management and marketing.
- Professional experience in Customer Management
- Sales ability incorporating marketing techniques, implementing strategic initiatives, operating plans, and budgets.
