Our client is seeking a motivated warehouse team leader to join their efficient, fast paced manufacturing and distribution center.

Your role will have a hands on focus coupled with leadership responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your forklift skills and previous exposure to leading a team to forge a long-term career with a well-known, growing organisation.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Training and motivating staff
- Stock and inventory management
- Book transport and process connotes
- Assisting with shift operations of a fast moving warehouse
- Ensuring products are picked and loaded efficiently and on time
- Daily activity reporting and KPI reporting
- Ensuring OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to
- Forklift operation

**To be considered for this position you will possess**:

- Proven experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment
- Supervisor experience
- Effective decision making and problem solving capabilities
- Impeccable communication skills
- A valid forklift licence
- High Reach forklift experience
- Strong focus on safety
- Intermediate MS Office skills
