As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Marketing & Customer Service Associate to join our team and help lead our marketing operations with the potential to become a permanent part of the Koda family and grow with the business as it transitions into larger scale operations within the indoor plant and terrarium industry.

As our Freelance Marketing Associate, you'll be a key player in shaping Koda Moss's online presence. Your role involves creating engaging content, managing impactful ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Instagram, and Facebook, and ensuring our brand message resonates with our audience. A critical aspect of your role is flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with both the fulfilment team and the founder to align marketing efforts with product availability and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage content for blogs, news updates, and social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
- Design and execute targeted ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually engaging content.
- Work closely with the founder to maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment team to align marketing strategies with inventory and customer trends.
- Administer and optimise our Shopify website, focusing on SEO and fresh, appealing product listings.
- Regularly analyse and adjust campaign strategies for maximum effectiveness.

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and ad campaign management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Strong communication skills for crafting relatable and engaging content.
- Understanding of SEO principles, with eagerness to develop these skills.
- Experience or willingness to learn Shopify for e-commerce management.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work well in a remote collaborative environment.
