LJ Hooker Macleay Island is currently seeking a full-time Property Manager Apprentice to join our team. This is a well-established office, with a friendly relaxed atmosphere and good working conditions.

Our property managers work portfolio based so at the end of the 2 year Apprenticeship your Key Role Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

- Conduct administration duties for the management of the rent roll
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Liaise with property owners and tenants
- Property maintenance management - liaising with trades
- Conducting routine entry and exit inspections
- Lease renewals and new tenancies
- Compliance management
- Rent payments and arrears management
- Conduct open homes
- Market research - providing marketing research for new listings and lease renewals
- Work within KPI's and attend regular training sessions
- Be passionate about providing high levels of service
- Well presented
- Meeting deadlines with excellent time management & organisational skills
- Good attention to detail, compliance & comprehension of all relevant legislation
- High level of communication skills, both written & verbal
- Excellent computer skills including a sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong commitment to daily tasks
- Team player and able to work in a team environment
