We are a well established business that specialises in finish coasting's within the building/interior industries and have offices across Australia. We current have a vacancy for an office allrounder to join our small team located in Peakhurst.

Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm, we can offer job stability, product training and a long future within our business.

The daily duties of the office allrounder will include:

- Answering the phone and handling customer enquiries
- Discussing products and processing sales orders
- Assisting in accounts receivable and payable
- General administration duties
- Supporting the Office Manager and other team members

You will have strong customer service experience, a friendly and pleasant phone manner as well as:

- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (intermediate)
- Knowledge of MYOB & MomentumPro is highly regarded
- Excellent presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role essential (minimum 4 years)
