Barista/server

**About the role**

A barista is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting café environment.

**Role Requirements**

**Beverage Preparation**: Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and drip coffee.

**Customer Service**:Provide a high standard of customer service including assisting with customer enquiries relating to our products and services and ensuring the shop front and retail space are clean and functional.

**Cash management**:Handle financial transactions including cashing up at the end of the day.

**Teamwork**:Work as a member of a small team including delegation and coordination of staff roles.

**Health and Safety**:Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards in the workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
