**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the National Credit Manager in Fairfield (our head office), in this role, you will collect and manage customers’ debtor accounts as a member of a friendly and successful team. Komatsu focuses on proactive credit management, and our team is focused on solving credit problems before they become an issue. This position is not a debt collection role

**Salary**: Competitive salary, plus superannuation plus annual bonus

**Role Located**:Fairfield, NSW (WFH options available - 2 days per week) - Onsite cafe

**The Role**:

- Accurate & timely reconciliations of unpaid customer accounts
- Positive & effective telephone collection of outstanding debts
- Follow up on customer’s disputes & queries with Komatsu branch staff
- Approval of the delivery and sales recognition of equipment sales
- Complete monthly and ad hoc debtor reporting for customers
- Working closely with branch staff and Regional management

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Accounts receivable experience (collections & reconciliations)
- Confident verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain complex account issues
- Effective negotiation skills to achieve successful customer outcomes
- Ability to work to deadlines,
- Strong Excel skills
