Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking motivated **Factual Investigators, Lawyers, Paralegals, Insurance Claims Officers and Investigation Enthusiasts **to join our team

As a Factual Investigator conducting Workers Compensation or CTP Investigations, your day will be varied & flexible. Being regularly on the road for investigation interviews & scene assessments means you have the flexibility to work from home or from one of Procare’s offices, including Parramatta, Penrith, Macquarie Park, Alexandria or Sydney CBD.

**The Role**:

- Attend upon employers, client sites or accident locations, predominantly within your region (or further across regional NSW if desired);
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence, perform scene inspections & gather documents;
- Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner (or have your reports written);
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our amazing support team and clients as required; and
- Enjoy a varied day speaking with people from all walks of life

**About You**:

- Have a desire to obtain (or already have) your **Certificate III in Investigations;**:

- Have a desire to obtain (or already have) an **Investigators Licence**;
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
- May have come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR or government background;
- Possess a real interest in investigations & fraud;
- Have **excellent written and verbal **skills;
- **Strong attention to detail **with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally;
- Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames;
- Have a desire to make a career out of Insurance Claims Investigations.
