We are looking for an **Asset Management Specialist** on behalf of our mining client who comes with a global portfolio of operations and offer a diverse and inclusive environment with extraordinary career opportunities. This role will support the execution of Asset Management core deliverables across Fixed and Mobile Plant projects. Reporting to the Lead Asset Management, you will ensure that we deliver quality asset management systems and processes across Assets, Sites & Functions
**About the role**:

- Provide specialist support with the deployment of lifecycle asset management principles and provide expertise and support to Assets, sites, and other stakeholders
- Work with project manager and regional leads to develop engagement strategy for site engagement and stakeholder mapping for deployment
- Support in the quality deliverables and timely delivery of project and report on progress
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops that drive tangible outcomes
- Manage external consultants to assure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables
- Engage key site stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges regarding the asset management project
- Support continuous improvement of the Asset Management System

**About You**:

- Ability to quickly build effective working rapport with stakeholders to influence decision making, negotiate positive outcomes and ensure business and customer expectations are achieved.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organisational levels and disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop written and verbal communications through Memorandums, Presentation packs to leadership levels of the business.
- Proven track record of change management implementation skills across multiple locations and regions.
- Experience in supporting or leading continuous improvement projects
- Experience in developing and implementing business process through analysis of data
- Experience in processes and systems (e.g. SAP, Asset Performance Management Tools) would be highly regarded
