We are in **urgent** need of Experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team for a short-term period, from **11/03/2024 to 10/05/2024.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Light maintenance duties.
- Contractor allocation and follow-up phone calls.
- General Maintenance.

Our ideal applicants will have the **followings**:

- Police Check
- Handyman Experience
- Covid Vaccination
- Excellent communication skills

You MUST have full working rights: either **a Temporary Resident, Permanent Resident, or an Australian Citizen** to be eligible for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/03/2024
