We are seeking wonderful and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our team for a Client. The role will involve supporting with community access and personal cares. Reliability is a must for this position.

Our Client has a love for music, especially the old school classics. A shared interest in music would mean there would be lots to talk about. On the other hand you may enjoy arts and crafts. That would also be beneficial as our Client has a passion for arts and crafts. These are not dealbreakers but would help.

**We are looking for a Disability Support Worker who is available on weekends and Tuesdays.**

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

- **Your key responsibilities & accountabilities **_
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- **To be Successful you must **_
- Resonate with the role description above
- Hold CPR and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Hold Certificate III in disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain
- preferred)
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $39.99 per hour

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
