Expressions of Interest - Locum Coordinator North and South (two roles)

**The role**

ACH Group have two secondment opportunities for current Care Coordinators. The roles of Locum Coordinator for North and South are 3-month terms; noting you will retain care management of the majority of your current case load. Locum Coordinators will be responsible for the management of customer calls using the Mitel phone system in the absence of their available Care Coordinator and the Community Care inbox, as well as attending various management meetings as required. Training in the use of both systems will be provided.
