We require an experienced Asset Coordinator to support our team and help enable key decision-making throughout the asset management life cycle. The role will involve asset performance monitoring, cost modelling and risk analysis to ensure we continue to effectively deliver equipment and asset requirements to meet the production demand.

The position is based in West Perth and will require occasional site visits.

**Reporting to the Principal - Asset Management, the successful applicant will**:

- Have accountability for the administration of assets, including:

- Monitoring the utilisation of assets and creation of asset specifications
- Tracking of costs of hire equipment, correct receipting, and subsequent approval of invoices
- Ensuring integrity of asset data - establishing and maintaining asset registers, CMMS records, asset Master data to assist Management to make informed decisions
- Monthly AMS audits, auditing of the data input and integrity, and providing monthly report as required.
- Be responsible for driving the requirements of the Strategic Asset Management Plan and ensuring compliance with asset life cycle processes and procedures to achieve desirable outcomes
- Maintain professional vendor and stakeholder relationships
- Progress to schedule - work with OEMs and service suppliers to ensure that work is completed to the agreed standard and schedule, and will include monitoring of specific milestones, performance parameters and plan vs actual costs. Work with both the end users and service suppliers to determine mitigation strategies if required
- Assist in developing the asset management plan based on the ConsMin’s asset management framework and support with adequate lifecycle costs analysis and productivity models wherever necessary
- Develop operational risk assessments on all new assets to create the preventative maintenance strategies, tactics and BOMs in conjunction with the LT Planner/Reliability Engineer
- Work with Supply and the LT Planner to identify, order and implement critical spares and tooling for the projects
- Coordinate the onsite commissioning process ensuring that all matter experts and information including manuals, drawings, are available on site at the time of commissioning
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Supervisors on all asset maintenance practices, maintenance scheduling (planned and unplanned)
- Ensure that all ConsMin Health, Safety and environment standards are known to the suppliers and that the requirements of these standards are built into the scope / designs, as well as incorporated into the methodologies for delivery of the equipment to site, and when undertaking the equipment assembly and commissioning work at site
- Perform other reasonable duties in relation to asset management, as directed by the immediate supervisor

**Skills and experience required to be successful in this role**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Mining industry, and working knowledge of maintenance planning and KPI reporting
- High level of computer literacy, particularly CAT SIS, MS Excel & Project, Pronto or similar CMMS
- Exceptional organisation, and planning skills with strong adherence to processes and deadlines
- Previous experience with Fleet Management and Inventory Management systems
- Proven and proactive team player to support the asset team as and when required
- Basic knowledge of the principles of asset management life cycle and ISO55001 will be advantageous
