- Package$63,386.96 to $66,873.56 per annum plus superColac Otway Shire Council are seeking a Property, Procurement and Contracts Officer to join the team in a permanent full time position.

As the Property, Procurement and Contracts Officer you will ensure that Council/s:

- Complies with all procurement and property practices within a local government environment
- Property, Procurement and Contracts Team deliver the services to the organisation including:

- Maintenance and overview of Council's lease and licensing processes
- Maintenance and overview of Council's procurement processes
- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Property Management Unit through timely preparation and administration of lease and licensing and other property management activities.
- Tendering process and contract documentation
- Procurement and Property data base management
- Complies with all legislation and policies in the delivery of the Property, Procurement and Contracts
