We’re looking for a passionate communicator who has already gained the right skills, so you feel confident to take the lead in your role on a day-to-day basis.

**In this role you will**:

- receive and interpret content briefs from the corporate communications team to create and produce content that nails communication (internally and externally) and builds love and trust in our brands and corporate reputation.
- delivering engaging storytelling that is on message and drives reach within external and internal audiences through various channels.
- require agility and a flair for crafting emotive written copy.? Your PR/Journalistic mindset will know how to identify and pull together content that generates news/attention value.
- be tasked with writing, editing and proof-reading engaging communication pieces for digital and print channels.
- be required to work to deadlines and actively enjoy the thrill of the deadline.
- be responsible for basic creative production - including but not limited to, internal digital signage, presentations, edm layout, image sourcing and resizing.
- support Public Relations, Internal Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and more within the Corporate Communications team. This role supports both the Australian and New Zealand function.

**You’ll need**:

- A minimum of 3-5 year’s work experience in either a PR or content writing and production context
- A Communications degree majoring in Public Relations or Journalism or other relevant qualifications is preferred.
- Strong copywriting/journalism experience and demonstrated strong writing skills including the end-to-end writing and production of print, digital and social media materials across multiple channels.
- An aptitude for presentation and design, through to print and electronic publishing of information, publications, multimedia and promotional material. You will understand how and why brand guidelines work and be able to implement them.
- To be a whiz at making complicated things sound simple.
- To be a natural team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, organised and able to juggle multiple projects to deliver quality outcomes for the team.?
- To be quick to pick up new things and quick to get things done, with a calm confidence. You will be keen to work independently and professionally.
- Exceptional understanding of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in project co-ordination.
- Experience using social media management tools, Hootsuite/Airtable or similar.
- Experience producing visual content in Canva & Powerpoint or similar.
- Experience in Content Stack would be ideal but not essential.
