**About us**:
Arnicare is a rapidly growing brand within the aesthetic medicine industry. Owned and operated by two sisters and nurses, Arnicare is now stocked in over 65 cosmetic injectables clinics across Australia.

**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic individual that can curate our marketing and content activities whilst supporting us in building our B2B partnerships. This is an opportunity for a highly creative and detail-oriented individual to bring their unique ideas to the table as a member of our supportive and passionate team. In this role, you will be supported and encouraged to develop and implement content, creatives, and campaigns that drive results.

You will be responsible for developing, creating, managing, and optimising content for all digital and traditional campaigns, including website, social media, EDM, PPC, print and tradeshow campaigns.

This role also entails providing support for the planning and execution of events such as workshops and expos.

This role is initially part time 8-24hrs per week with the ability to expand your hours as the role expands.

This role would suit someone studying marketing, business management or public relations and provides an excellent opportunity to gain industry experiencing whilst building your portfolio.

Our main client base is medical professionals within the aesthetic medicine space professional and articulate communication skills are a must as you will be required to build strong relationships with our existing stockists and seek out opportunities to gain new partnerships.

**Key responsibilities**

Build strong partnerships with wholesale customers to broaden our reach and strengthen brand awareness of the Arnicare brand

Nurturing and growing existing wholesale relationships

Providing superior account management to ensure an excellent customer experience

Create and schedule regular EDM’s with purpose

Create dynamic and interesting video and static content across Instagram and TikTok.

Development, scheduling, and evaluation of paid advertising activties

Supporting operations managers at exhibitions where required

**About you**

Experience in a similar role highly regarded

Basic design and video editing skills

Experience using: Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Adwords and Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GMB, Facebook Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Adobe

Studying Marketing, Business Management or Public relations

Professional communication skills

Knowledge of aesthetic medicine industry highly regarded

Self-motivated

Located in Geelong or able to travel to Geelong for monthly meetings

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour
