Connectivity Services is seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of government communication services.
As a leader in operational support, project delivery, design, and consultancy, Connectivity Services plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of communication networks for CITEC and its customers. Our services encompass the entire spectrum of network management, including service design, implementation, and ongoing support. With a commitment to excellence, we operate 24/7 to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on technically complex projects, providing invaluable advice and guidance to CITEC's business community and clients. From leading job planning and network design to participating in incident analysis and problem resolution, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of communication networks.
Additionally, you will play a key role in driving innovation and exploring new technologies to enhance CITEC services. Through participation in research projects, you will assess the applicability of emerging technologies and interfaces, while also evaluating and minimizing associated business risks.
At Connectivity Services, we foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are encouraged. You will have the opportunity to proactively share your expertise with team members through informal interchange, workshops, and documentation, contributing to the collective success of the team.
This role also offers the chance to project manage and coordinate technical projects related to communication network infrastructure design, evaluation, implementation, installation, and upgrades. Your ability to lead and collaborate effectively will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
