BT provides a full spectrum of wealth products and services across investment, superannuation and retirement income products, investment administration, financial advice, private banking and insurance solutions.**How will I help?**
The Distribution Manager is responsible for management and growth of existing & new financial adviser relationships on BT Platforms to achieve sustainable revenue growth, service excellence, and increased market share.
The core accountabilities of this role include:
- Manage fiscal targets
- Optimise utilisation of BT Platforms through deep practice insights, high quality service and training (in line with segmentation model)
- Maximise new Platform enhancements to drive net flow growth and enhance the BT Platform service experience
- Identify and convert new FUA transition opportunities from panel
- Oversee on boarding of new practices to drive FUA growth
- Pro-active adviser engagement and event planning for regional based forums
- Effective Issue resolution in line with defined escalation model Drive the agreed culture and standards

**What do I need?**
You will have strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, and relationship management/sales experience across funds management or investment platforms.
Additionally, you will have:
- Experience in Distribution Strategy execution, including take to market experience for product launches
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and follow up skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure with tight time-driven deadlines.
- Self-motivation and ability to work well independently.
- Problem-solving skills and sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity. Ability to set work priorities while balancing stakeholder needs and business impact.
