**ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We are currently looking for an experienced Admissions Coordinator to work in our Regional Office located in Young.
- Working closely with a team of care advisors, service coordinators, referral agencies and service providers, our Admissions Coordinators are responsible for the coordination of programs and completion of intake and assessment processes for Commonwealth Hoe Support Program (CHSP), NDIS, VHC and private clients.
