**Who You Are**:
In our ongoing quest to bring imagination to life, we are seeking a skilled and inventive Prop Maker/Set Designer to join our team based in Carlton. This hands-on role is integral to crafting the physical props and sets that populate our fantastical video productions, offering either full-time or part-time engagement.

As our Prop Maker, your hands will bring the physical touch to our team, creating tangible connections between our content and our viewers. Your dedication to craft and ability to turn virtual sets into real-world objects will be the key to enchanting our audience and elevating our productions.

**Your Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Design and construct a wide range of durable props/sets that bring our digital worlds into the physical realm.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
- Utilize a variety of materials and techniques to create high-quality, visually impressive props/sets that are both functional and safe.
- Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines, ensuring that each prop/set is ready for action when needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, keeping inventory of materials and tools, and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve prop/set-related issues during pre-production and on set.
- Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, ensuring that all props/sets adhere to Spawnpoint Media’s reputation for excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Prop Maker/Set Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials, with the ability to adapt to various design styles and themes.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to design challenges.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of tools and equipment safely and effectively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the gaming and entertainment industry, particularly Minecraft, is a bonus.
