Join JLL as our National Operations Manager. You’ll be an integral member of the Property & Asset Management team supporting a high-profile, premium portfolio (office and industrial) for a respected and renowned client/ brand that truly requires no introduction.

The role reports to our Account Director and will manage the operations, EHS, Capital Works and Sustainability disciplines, and you’ll have daily liaison with the client and JLL stakeholders on all operational matters relating to the portfolio.

**Key accountabilities include**:
Working closely with all stakeholders and National EHS Manager to deliver robust EHS policies and procedures and review all contracts to ensure compliance with documentation, principles, expectations and level of authority

Managing all risk management programs

Assisting our General Managers with the support of their operations personnel as well as leading your own team of direct reports to further success

Developing strategic improvement programs

Management of our capital works program, working closely with our National Capital Works Manager. Assisting onsite teams with the administration of large projects and processing submissions for client approval

Managing and coordinating the procurement and tender process through to the appointment of contractors for all site contracts, across an extensive range of services

Coordinating portfolio wide projects and supporting our property management teams

Continuous improvement of the sustainability performance of all property assets, ensuring that agreed benchmarking rating programs (NABERS energy, green star performance and WELL) are managed and coordinated across the portfolio

You have an impressive track record spanning operations management, including multi-site experience, with a strong knowledge of property engineering practices and principals across the commercial and industrial sectors.

A-Grade and premium office operational management experience is highly regarded, and your capabilities span capex, sustainability, EHS/ESG, procurement and contractor management.

Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you are able to interact confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

A good level of financial aptitude and computer literacy is required for report writing and budget preparation and you thrive managing and interacting with large, diverse teams.
