At Agile Psychological Medicine Clinics (aPM) we believe our community should have access to personalised, flexible, evidence-based therapeutic care in their interaction with public mental health services.

We have a team of smart and dedicated psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists who are passionate about providing this care and we are looking for a research psychologist to establish and drive our clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

**What you will be doing**:

- Initiating, facilitating and driving the clinical research arm of Agile Psychological Medicine
- Conducting research on all aspects of clinical service delivery and translating that research into improving outcomes for our consumers
- Being part of further embedding Feedback Informed Treatment within our clinics
- Be part of a strong and supportive team where we support each other to do interesting and challenging work

- This is a psychology-specific role and presents a fantastic opportunity to use and develop your psychology research skills within a very supportive team
- Psychology and Specialist Services at Monash Health offers regular professional supervision, peer support, and the opportunity for career development to all of our 200+ psychologists.
- We established Australia's first Psychology Registrar and Graduate Education Program to support our early career psychologists and to support senior psychologists to maintain PsyBA supervisor status.

**About You**:

- You are an accomplished research psychologist with a passion for research that is clinically relevant.
- You have experience in initiating, conducting and publishing clinically relevant psychology research
- You are a flexible thinker with the capacity to self-manage
- You are a clear communicator
- You have a good understanding of evidence-based psychological treatment and service delivery
- You lead by example, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are truly passionate about being part of a team that delivers a high standard of evidence-based psychological treatment
- You are in interested in a research psychology specific role in public mental health
