**About The Role**

The FP&A team is an essential connector, partnering with various levels across the organisation including Commercial Finance, Finance Operations, Global Group Reporting and the ANZ Executive.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Analyst will support the FP&A team that aims to help each division in delivering their strategic and operational goals. This will be achieved by providing financial analysis, insights and decision-making support through the development & utilisation of consistent and robust processes, systems & tools across ANZ.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with the business units to formulate the annual budget.
- Partnering with budget holders to develop and update short range forecasts
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements from TTI Global.
- Undertake specified analysis of data, create, and enhance existing financial models and meet other reporting requirements
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement within the FP&A function to standardise, improve efficiency and uplift reporting insights and analysis.

**About You**

Ideally you will have a proven background in a similar role as a Financial Analyst or Management Accountant and you are looking for a new challenge or the next step in your career in addition to the following skills/attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting or a related field
- CIMA, CPA or CA certification is highly regarded
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance analyst or management accounting role
- Exposure to FMCG/Retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders of varying levels
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (particularly MS Excel), SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Problem solving and analysis skills are essential
