To succeed in this role, you should have a diverse skill set, including business management skills, creative thinking, problem-solving, and experience in bringing brands to life using various marketing strategies. The ability to turn creative ideas into practical advertising projects and networking events, which lead to increased brand awareness and lead generation, is critical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Management Team to create a cohesive and united vision for the marketing and events strategy.
- Coordinate and organise memorable and exceptional events for clients/prospects on behalf of HUB Interiors.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Work with HUB''s PR Consultant to produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and HUBs current marketing vendors.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
- Assist in the implementation and database management of HUB's CRM. Work with consultants to set up tracking tools for reporting purposes and necessary marketing templates.

**Main duties of this position**
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our door.
- Work with the Management Team to prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Tracking successful sales achieved through marketing initiatives
- CRM Management - crucial for reporting back to management.
- Monitor SEO Campaigns and Social Media Platforms

**Qualifications required by an employee to fill the nominated position**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management or Strategic Planning
- 5 Years of experience in Managerial or Marketing roles.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
