About the Team
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze the needs for privileges in live streaming scenarios, such as high-profile entrance spotlight or low-key quiet mode privileges. Assess the revenue potential and selling strategies, and drive implementation to achieve revenue goals.
- Continuously optimize privileges based on data analysis and understanding of user purchase behaviors, summarizing effective methods.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team and other revenue teams to explore product features and enhance the selling of privileges.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, mathematics, or statistics preferred.
- Clear thinking, strong ability to understand user psychology, especially for high-value users. Proficient in data analysis and logical reasoning.
- Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with patience to achieve results.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- More than 2 years of experience in live streaming, membership product design, or game revenue management. Experience in privileges design is preferred.
