Telesales Agent

We are seeking a motivated TeleSales Agent to join our team at a Registered Training Organisation, working with warm and cold leads. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to course enquiries, acquiring enrolments (working to kpi's) and providing required and compliant administrative support. You will match individuals with the right programs to fulfill their career goals.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Education
- Minimum 2 years of Sales and Customer Service experience, working to targets, kpi's
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong persuasive and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to student enquiries promptly and professionally
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell additional student services and courses as needed
- Accurately complete student enrolments and maintain records
- Ensure all students are matched with a campus and course
- Develop relationships with Campus Directors, Mentors, and industry partners
- Provide reports to the National Sales Manager
- Understand, implement, and promote Policies and Procedures, Company Core Values, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) objectives

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
