Ten Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Mill Hands for a brand new automated plant based in Hope Valley. The positions are permanent and are interviewing now.
**Mill Hand (Junior)**
Undertake and complete assigned general hand, mill operation, hygiene and cleaning activities accurately and
efficiently, in accordance with quality standards, customer specifications and in compliance with company policies,
procedures, directions and guidelines.
**General Hand Activities**:
Undertake and complete assigned general hand, mill operation, hygiene and cleaning activities, delivering
effective and accurate works in accordance with quality standards, operational schedules and in compliance with
Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies, procedures, directions and guidelines;
Assist with the completion of assigned mill operation activities (Bulk Out Loading, Press Operation; Batching)
as required, in accordance with company policies, procedures, direction and guidelines;
Monitor and complete weighbridge washing activities and maintain truck wash facilities to enable optimal
operation and effectiveness;
Actively support and participate in plant inspections and maintenance activities, in accordance with company
policies, procedures, directions and guidelines;
Actively undertake activities to support hazard mitigation and hygiene management in accordance with company
policies procedures and guidelines; and
Undertake other tasks as requested.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Essential
Advanced Feed Milling qualification or equivalent (or
progress towards).
Valid WA drivers’ licence.
Australian Right to Work.
Desirable
Food Processing (Cert III/Diploma).
Relevant licences and tickets e.g. forklift, working at
heights, confined space.
Completed manual handling training.
