**About the Position**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales consultant, with a passion for jewellery to join the Everett Brooke’s close-knit team. This position is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for providing expert advice and maximising the client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and providing first point of contact when clients walk in
- Showcasing inhouse jewellery
- Liaising with clients in designing custom/bespoke jewellery
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation
- Store administration
- Attend Wedding Expos as required (generally 2 per year)

- Demonstrated prior experience in sales (jewellery sales desired but not essential)
- A passion for jewellery - we want you to love what you do
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
- Neat and professional appearance and demeanour
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Comfortable and respectful in a team environment
- Keen to learn from and help other team members
- Ability to liaise with clients about jewellery and designs
- A proactive and a can-do attitude

This position is generally Monday to Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu (Saturdays are the busiest day). Jewellery industry experience an advantage but not essential.
