The HSE Manager (Health, Safety and Environment) will establish and lead the Environment, Health and Safety continuous improvement culture, and ensure compliance across the Industrial Division.

Location - Chirnside Park, Victoria with Hybrid (work from home) available.

**The Impact You'll Make;**
- Partner with Division leaders and HSR's to foster a strong safety culture through committed and visible leadership, creating a workforce which engages with safe practice, systems and behaviours;
- Build Safety Engagement across all areas of the Division, from Shop Floor and Front Line Sales, and all functions.
- Partner with and coach managers & employees to build awareness, educate and improve a sustainable safety culture;
- Establish & maintain Division Safety system, monitor & audit compliance, continuously improve and provide guidance to the business that meets appropriate safety legislation and aligns with growth;
- Develop and implement the divisional WHS plan and monitor compliance to the plan across Division;
- Identify and manage safety projects that minimise safety risks, including development & delivery of training;
- Conduct thorough investigations of all accidents or incidents resulting in lost time or medical treatment to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions;
- Establish appropriate processes for handling work cover claims and supporting employees' successful return to work;
- Keep up to date knowledge of Safety Legislation, inform and support managers & employees; and Identify, report to relevant bodies, and improve workplace hazards or incidents

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Risk and WHS;
- Track record of leading and implementing Safety and risk management practices;
- Manufacturing experience is preferable;
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS and Workcover legislation, regulations and code of practice;
- Builds & leverages influential relationships across functions/business to deliver results
