Head Waiter at Lilymu

Parramatta, Australia Lilymu Full time

Lilymu is where the culture, cuisine, and traditions of Southeast Asia collide. Through an unrestricted approach in the kitchen and bar, Lilymu’s dishes and drinks are traditionally inspired and curated from China and South East Asia, incorporating a fresh, yet delightfully modern perspective. The jewel of the West, and recent recipient of a One Hat award from the Good Food Guide. Lilymu is the only venue in the West to hold this award and we are very proud of that. Lilymu is operated by one of Sydney's fastest-expanding hospitality groups ESCA, which currently operates Aalia, Nour, Henrietta, and Cuckoo Callay. With many more on the horizon.
We are looking to add a Head Waiter to the team. We have a wide range of shifts on offer to accommodate most availabilities. This position could be filled with either a Full-Time or Casual Contract depending on preference. We are rapidly expanding and have lots of career progression for someone who is looking for it. We have some fabulous mentors to help you get to where you would like to be.

Lilymu is situated in the newly renovated luxury dining and business hub Parramatta Square. Parramatta Square is located steps away from the Parramatta train station for ease of travel. You can see the front door from the station.
