Motor Trimmer

We are seeking a talented motor trimmer or leather seats trim kit installer.

The job is mostly installation of leather trim kits into modern vehicles from around 2000 onwards. There will be occasional sewing required but not essential, what is essential is that you already have experience in fitting pre made leather trim kits to seats and door insert panels, console lids etc. and enjoy that type of work. Whether you are a qualified motor trimmer or an installer does not matter, we just need someone who can install kits.

You will need a can do attitude, a willingness to learn our specific quality standards and methods and basic tools of the trade. You will be required to lift seats in and out of cars and have the required hand strength to attach tight fitting covers at times so you will need to be physically able to perform these tasks.

We will provide a professional but relaxed environment where it is all about taking the right amount of time to get the job done right and continuing to improve our products to make our jobs easier and our end results to the highest standards.

We are willing to pay well above industry standards for the right applicant as we believe talent should be compensated correctly so final salary can be negotiated based on experience and talent.

The hours would ideally be standard 38hr Mon-Fri but we are open to discussing part time 3-4 days or shorter days if needed etc.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- trim kit installation or motor trimming: 2 years (required)
