We are currently seeking Campus Manager to join the team in Croydon. As the Centre Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you are expected to set the tone for the facilities, providing support for the development and delivery of the curriculum, overseeing the facilities, hiring staff, and managing the centre’s image and finances.

**Qualifications**:

- Approved diploma level qualification in children services or early childhood education OR appropriate experience meeting the requirements of the position.
- At least two years in the role of a Centre Director or equivalent or at least 3 years in a leadership role within a centre
- Mandatory Child Protection
- Food Handling Certification (Safe Food Handling)
- Current Police Check
- Working with children check
- First Aid Certification
- Anaphylaxis Certification
- CPR Certification

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Supervising and coordinating children as they transition between classrooms.
- Ensure that budgets are followed, and revenue and expenditure rations are maintained according to budgets.
- Ensures the center operates at 95% capacity or more.
- Attends management meetings monthly.
- Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Authority compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, adequate and dedicated supervision of children, and conduct spot checks for cleanliness, maintenance, and OH&S.
- Ensure that petty cash requirements are met. Every week, the Center's monthly report is sent through to the CEO.
- Provide parents with information on the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the centre, ensuring that all communication is clear and understood.
- Ensure the prescribed educator-to-child ratios are met and each educator at the service meets the qualification requirements relevant to the educator’s role.
- Interviewing prospective team members, inducting new team members about the operations of the Center, and monitoring progress throughout the probationary period.
- Set the example of positive child management and model it to contribute to the overall well-being of the center.
