Sleep Hive is seeking successful driven Retail / Sales Consultants to join our fun and dynamic sale forces at our Brand-New World-Class Sleep Preview / Retail Centre in Campbelltownbe part of something amazing as we embark on our National growth strategy

We specialise in industry leading Therapeutic Products including Therapeutic Sleep Systems and Recliner Lift Chairs powered by
exclusive Celliant Technology and Whole-Body Vibration Therapy.

**About the Role**:

- Generous $50,000.00 Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus - the sky is the limitif you want to earn BIGAPPLY NOW
- We expect our Consultants to earn
- OTE $130-$160K (on target earnings).

- Engage with our clients via qualified appointments or walk-ins.
- Consult and uncover your clients wants and underlying needs to improve/ maintain their health.
- Confidently present a solution designed to address our clients’ needs via an instore and/or in-home demonstration.
- Motivated to secure a long-term career, not just a job
- This is a PERMANENT role, 7 days a week operation so flexibility with working days and times.
- Reporting to the Branch Manager.

**Duties**:

- Provide a world-class customer experience.
- Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer’s unique sleep needs and lead them through a selection of Sleep Hive’s products that will deliver “the best sleep experience of their life.”
- Build relationships with customers.
- Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
- Provide timely, relevant follow-up.
- Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results.
- Be accountable for becoming a trusted, successful “Sleep Expert” and consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a professional brand image.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
- Adept at using technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad, apps); technology engagers and early adopters preferred.
- Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings and weekends.
- Proven sales skills and customer service.
- Must have own car and driver’s license.
- Eagerness, drive, and passion to want to succeed and exceed targets.
- Strong communicator adaptable and a listener.
