**Introduction**:
This role is responsible for supporting, administering and delivering groups in the Families Portfolio and will also assist the Program Manager and Family Education team with planning and promotion. You'll set up the playgroups and ensure all hygiene standards are maintained. You will also be encouraged to show creativity and initiative as you also identify new areas for growth and work with the team make them happen.

**Description**:
Each day is fun filled as you engage with the community and also develop new groups. You'll plan and facilitate, setting up for groups across the region and staying aware of potential for new groups that may meet the needs of other people. You will also be responsible for maintaining resources, record keeping, administration of group attendances and work with the Family Education Practitioners to provide holistic support to families across our region.

To be considered for this most fun filled and enjoyable role you must have completed a Cert IV in Early Childhood education, community services or Social Science, have a fully maintained car and heaps of energy and commitment.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**CRCS also requires all employees to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
