**BUTTER MAKERS - Full-time & Part-time**

- **Pepe Saya Butter Co. **_is recruiting for full-time & part-time Butter Makers.

We are a growing Australian Butter Company, and specialists in batch churned butter and dairy products.

We supply to wholesale customers such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, airlines, bakeries, distributors, retailers, here in Australia and export into Asia, USA & Middle East. We also have our own online store from our website delivering to homes across Australia.

These full-time & part-time positions will be focused within our production kitchen, **churning fresh cream and making butter and will be responsible for working to a daily production **schedule in order to meet and full-fill our quota and orders.

Our buttery is open from **6am** when set up would take place in preparation for the day. So morning starts are integral to this position.

Our team is made up of around 24 people all with different skills sets and friendly personalities.

**Overview of position -**
- Dairy processing and churning of cream
- Packing and formatting of all products such as;
- Food Service/ table service butter
- Retail packs
- Flavoured butters
- Butter sheets for bakery
- Work thru the daily production schedule
- Quality assurance, products are to specs
- Packing and boxing of products
- Storing of products - first in, first out inventory control
- Customer service for visitors on site
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Stock take of inventory
- Operation of walker or pallet jack (training available)
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene & cleanliness
- Safe manual handling of 10 - 20kg butter blocks
- Opportunity to grow and cross train within production, dispatch & warehouse.

- Reliable and an ability to commit to the hours
- Previous food handling/ food processing experience is an advantage
- Dairy processing experience is a bonus
- Ability to commute to and from Caringbah.
