Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma Projects
- Lead DPS on site at DAPL including training, training development, mentoring, assessments, project delivery and documentation
- Analyse Data and make recommendations for DPS Projects
- Setup and conduct tests under operational conditions to test process improvements
- Ensures Lean Savings Register reflects monthly updates for all DPS projects
- Provide Procedures and documentation for new / revised processes
- Provide Knowledge Base and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma for DAPL Employees
- Develop and deliver DPS training for DAPL Employees
- Initiates investigation of new or improved machines / tools and helps co-ordinate implementation
- Proposes and prepares Capital Investment Proposals

Technical Support
- Assist Production Teams with Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis
- Coach/mentor production staff in machine setting/fault finding
- Analyses Data and assist in development of new processes
- Liaises with Operations Departments and vendors to provide technical support to production
- Ensures compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Provide assistance and/or technical support to Safety Projects where applicable
